Privacy policy

Ja Vou is a personal assistant used only by its owner ([email protected]). The only Google account it accesses is the owner's own.

Google data

• Gmail: reads the owner's messages to answer the owner's own questions, and sends one fixed service email to the owner's own iCloud address, then moves that email to Trash. It sends no other email.
• Google Calendar: reads the owner's calendars to plan the day and find free time; creates events only in the owner's calendars and only at the owner's request. It never deletes events.

Storage and sharing

Data is processed only to serve the owner. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used for advertising or to train models. Short summaries may be stored in the owner's private Notion workspace. Text sent to the Anthropic API for processing is governed by Anthropic's commercial terms. OAuth tokens are stored as environment variables on the owner's own private server.

Ja Vou's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
